Residential block management is our core business. The overriding objective in the running of any block is to promote a culture of openness and trust. Residents at the building should expect services to be provided to a high standard and at reasonable cost. The building should be immaculately clean and if there are on-site staff they should be well presented. But above all else the hopes and wishes of the residents must be given prime consideration at all times. After all, they pay the bills.
We are members of RICS and registered with the FCA, to comply with the RICS Service Charge Management Code. We are also members of the Ombudsman Service. We observe the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act and all legislation relevant to the workplace and residential/mixed use buildings. We are also regulated by the Information Commissioners Office in respect of Data Protection and The Office of Fair Trading for Money Laundering.
