Block Management: Our Services

Our founding partners, Howard Sandrove and Stephen Brahams formed the company in 1984, and since then we have built the practice into a highly reputable business, taking great pride in our long-term client relationships. Sandrove Brahams currently has over 2,000 individual units within its portfolio, mainly spread across London and the South East.

The solutions we offer are creative, flexible and comprehensive, giving our clients peace of mind that their property is in the best possible hands.

Our philosophy is to maintain this reputation and we do this using a combination of proper and full communication with leaseholders, coupled with our own expertise – each block that we manage has a Director at the helm who will have overall responsibility for the management activities undertaken.

In the management of a block, our day to day duties will include:

  • Setting up, management and administration of all planned maintenance and service contracts.
  • Provision of financial management and funds administration, including the preparation of accurate budgets and timely service charge accounts.
  • Providing responsive and courteous communication and administration of all matters.
  • Arranging and attending formal and informal meetings.
  • Assistance with matters relating to compliance with lease provisions.
  • Appointing and liaising with service contractors and monitoring performance.
  • Making payments to suppliers, monthly in arrears, on receipt of properly presented invoices.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections.
  • Liaising with local and statutory bodies on matters of their responsibility that affect the development.
  • Dealing with solicitors enquiries on lease sales.
