Welcome to Sandrove Brahams. We have been providing specialist property management and investment consultancy services to a wide range of clients from our Central London offices since 1984.
Our core business is Residential Block Management, but we also look after Commercial and mixed-use properties, handle Project and Planning Supervision, Property Insurance and other Professional Property Services and we have a team dedicated to Agency, Development and Property Investment consultancy.
- Residential Block Management. We provide a comprehensive property management service, working with property owners, RMCs and Leaseholders to give responsive and considered management solutions.
- Professional Services. You look after your own property, you may have no need for a professional managing agent day to day, but there will be circumstances outside the ambit of every day matters where specialist advice may be required. We can help.
- Commercial Property Management. Different challenges are faced with commercial property, which may be bought as an investment or as a means of stabilising a business by increasing its asset base. Maintaining the asset is essential.
- Agency, Development & Investment. In the world of property, the difference often lies in recognising opportunities and matching them to the wishes and aspirations of the investor. Our experienced team is on hand to help.
Sandrove Brahams opened its doors back in 1984, operating as a Central London partnership. Since then, through hard work and a determination to offer a professional and personal service to all its clients, the business has expanded, and in 2003 it incorporated to form the current company, Sandrove Brahams & Associates Limited. There are now five Directors, all of whom bring their own area of expertise and experience to the table - experience that allows us to provide a bespoke Director-led service to clients with both national portfolios and local properties.

We are members of RICS and registered with the FCA, to comply with the RICS Service Charge Management Code. We are also members of the Ombudsman Service. We observe the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act and all legislation relevant to the workplace and residential/mixed use buildings.
Sandrove Brahams & Associates Limited is regulated by the FCA, (Financial Conduct Authority) in regard to non-investment insurance contracts. We are also regulated by the Information Commissioners Office in respect of Data Protection and The Office of Fair Trading for Money Laundering.
At all times we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers. From time to time, however, a problem might occur that leads to a customer making a complaint.
